“Listen, are you breathing just a little and calling it a life? While the soul, after all, is only a window, and the opening of the window no more difficult than waking from a little sleep.”
My life has been a weaving of two worlds: the structured, results-driven realm of corporate leadership, and the slower, wiser world of nature, soul work, and inner transformation.
For nearly twenty years, I worked in the energy industry—leading teams, managing complex projects, and navigating environments where productivity and performance were the measures of success. I was good at it. But beneath the accomplishments, I felt an unmistakable longing for something more meaningful, connected, and soul satisfying.
I grew up in Colorado, spending most of my childhood outside—skiing, camping, exploring creeks, and feeling quietly shaped by the land. That early connection to the outdoors never left me. It became the thread that kept pulling me toward a deeper way of living.
Over time, that pull became impossible to ignore. So I stepped away from the career that no longer fit and committed myself to a path that felt more aligned with my values and my nature. I trained in the practices that had supported me for years—yoga, nature-connection, energy work, and psychedelic facilitation and integration—and built a life where my work feels like an extension of who I am.
Today, I guide people—often those in mid-life who have been successful on paper but feel disconnected on the inside—as they navigate their own transitions. I offer grounded support, honest reflection, and practices that reconnect them with their inner wisdom, their bodies, and the natural world.
My work isn’t about escaping life. It’s about returning to it with more clarity, presence, and purpose.
If you’re ready to slow down, listen inward, and uncover what’s true for you, I’m here to walk beside you.
About Me
Have you spent your adult life trying to meet others expectations of you? Do you long to find and pursue your souls purpose? Are you a seeker who enjoys discovering the mysteries of yourself, nature, and the universe? If you answered yes to any of these questions, I think we would enjoy getting to know each other.
Our culture has taught us to look outside ourselves for answers and it’s so easy these days with all the information we could possibly desire right at our fingertips. Don’t get me wrong, I love to search Google for information to help me along my path, but I’ve learned that real truth is rooted deeply inside. I believe we all have the answers within us to positively direct our lives in the direction we want them to go. Coaching is not about giving you the answers, it’s about deeply listening to you, reflecting what is said, and asking the right questions to help you find your rooted truth.
Rooted Truth Coaching is dedicated to supporting people through life’s transitions, helping people find embodied intuition, and being your change companion as you explore your inner wilderness and return to your true essence, to your soul.
