Rooted in nature-based spirituality, my classes weave breath, gentle strength, and mindful sequencing to help you soften, open, and reconnect with your inner landscape. I guide people toward presence through simple cues, energetic awareness, and practices that cultivate embodiment, present moment awareness, and emotional integration. Each class steady, soulful, and designed to support authentic connection with self and the natural world.
